The Apple iPad Air was released back in 2013 in the month of September. This iDevice was therefore released about two months before the iPad Mini 2 made its entrance into the market.
We have three different iPad Air Models. Two models or variants with support for the cellular network, and the other WiFi only.
The WiFi + Mobile or cellular variants have as model numbers A1475 A1476(China version). The other model (iPad A1474) is WiFi-only.
iPad Air cellular variants come with a single nano-SIM slot and have support for GSM, CDMA, HSPA networks.
The iPad Air tablet comes with a 9.70-inch display with a resolution of 1536×2048 pixels at a pixel density of 264 pixels per inch (ppi). Apple iPad Air Wi-Fi + Cellular is powered by a 1.3GHz one-core processor. It comes with 1GB of RAM and internal storage memory of 16GB(some variants have up to 128GB). The Apple iPad Air Wi-Fi + Cellular runs iPadOS 7, upgradeable to iPadOS 12.4.8 and is powered by an 8820mAh non-removable battery.
It comes with a single camera in the rear side of 5-megapixel and front 1.2-megapixel camera for selfies.
